In November 1992 Peter and Anna Sutter founded SOPAC (WA) Pty Ltd. The principal objective of SOPAC (WA) is to offer clients highly specialised services, support of the Linux/Unix and OpenVMS operating systems, and assistance with network design and maintenance. Further services such as analysing, writing of programs, supply of equipment, etc. are also provided by SOPAC(WA). All services are tailored to suit the client's individual needs and wishes.

SOPAC(WA) is a member of SLPWA, the Society of Linux Professionals of Western Australia and strictly adheres to its code of ethics.
